Yes!
Our Precious Lord has only been away (Bodily) for 2 days, and His
Words still stand sure. Since the Bible says in 2nd Peter 3:8“But,
beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the
Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.”
So
likewise, if a thousand years Is equal to 1 day to The Lord, then the
2,021 years the Lord has been away, is to Him 2 days and about 47
minutes. For all those who say “The Bible is ancient, the New
Testament was for them in that day”, or “how do we know what was
said to people in Bible days, is for us today?” and to many who believe “If we have to do all that Jesus and the Apostles said, then none of us would go to heaven”. Well...Heaven is already populated with souls, and The Lord can pack Heaven out from the Graveyard and leave all of us sinners behind and they'd still have a big crowded party. It is written:
Matthew 28:19-20 'Teach All nations to observe All Things whatsoever I have commanded
you, and lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world”
It is also Written: Mark 13:37
"What I say unto you I say unto All."
Jesus does not have
to send a different Word or Command for this society, He Is King! He
will not change what He commands is acceptable just to appease each
generations' weaknesses. The Lord sees the lowering standards and
morality in the world, but that doesn't mean He has to change His
Word to fit our sinful ways and say “oops, my bad, yall don't have to do
all dat”. By right you really don't “have to”, it is done by
your own free will, out of your Love for God. Children who really
Love their parents are never a problem, the best-behaved get the
rewards, praises, blessings, honor, and privileges.
If we Love God and
His Word as an obedient child then we have the Praise of God. Jesus
said in Matthew 19:8 'even from the beginning (in Moses time) it is
not lawful to divorce', but society says “that was then” because
it was so many years ago, but when you consider that there were
approximately 1,576 years between Moses and Jesus and 3,896 years between
Adam and Jesus and the Word of God commanding that 'no man put
asunder what God joins together', then 2,021 years since it was said is
not any different to The Lord. We have to get with His program!
America and the World must repent, We have to get back to our roots
of Church-going, Righteous-living, and staying in our Marriages, and
waiting for Marriage, and not yielding to fleshly lusts and the
temptations in this world. Satan is still lying to us as he's done since The Garden, saying 'you have to do "something", No, we Have to Obey God! The Lord would not command us do anything He did not already enable us to do. We just refuse to obey, train ourselves or conform to God's will. We can tame Lions, Tigers, Elephants and Bears but not a piece of our own flesh? These bodies are easily spoiled, and must be trained! The spirit is willing but the flesh is weak, yes, weak enough to Train!
If we don't want to see the plagues and
upheavals bringing fatalities like we're used to seeing in countries
that worship Idols, we have to Stop, Turn back, and do things
that we knew worked. Our Grandparents stayed together 60+ years
without engaging in the things only prostitutes and their johns used
to do. I notice high school sweethearts tend to grow old still married to each other. There's a real Blessing in marrying a virgin. We don't stay together even less than half the time that they
did back in the day, even while doing all the antics they called unclean and unholy.
It's not working people! We have to turn back, we've gone from good to bad,
to worse, til ruin. Let's do what works, let's please God, not flesh.
