THREE WOMEN, THE WATER, THE OIL, AND THE SAND

Think of the King of Kings, Lord over all Lords, Messiah, Savior of the World on Earth speaking to an unmarried woman who lives with her male partner, having conversation during a time when it was forbidden for a woman to communicate with a male stranger without a chaperone. He offered her something better than what she had, and whom she had, the water would again cause her to thirst, the man she had would be no better for her than the last 5.

Jesus didnt condemn her, only brought it to her attention, that she can have something better in life and never thirst/lust again, and be content, and full, and complete, with a better way of living knowing the Messiah.  Unlike many today who would shun a displaced woman of shame forced to live on the outskirts of town, and not permitted to draw water from the well with the other women of the city, Jesus spoke to her, offered her everlasting life.  John 4:14

Two other women the Lord showed kindness, and forgiveness to unlike how we show people today.  Although these kind of women are an "acceptable" group in these modern days due to a liberally sinful society, Our Lord shows how we ought to speak of people we know or suspect have a lifestyle we consider shameful.  Jesus treated them with warmth and love which allowed the woman who washed his feet with her tears and dried them with her hair to feel she could at least approach him without accusation, hatred, and rebuke, as many today view certain groups.  Luke 7:44-47

The woman caught in adultery as well was treated with forgiveness and protection, as her accusers stood by no more innocent than she was, as Our Lord rebuked the bystanders who stood ready to stone her, until He caused them to consider their own sins first.
John 8:4-10
These days so many with greater sins of their own will rebuke, hate, reject, belittle, and conspire against certain people, but if we learn from Jesus example and how He treats people whom others reject, how He gives them a chance, He speaks no evil of them, but encourages them to be better, expect more, and believe they can live without the bondages of the lust of this world, then we can live in a more peaceful, good-natured society.  I like to think of it as "The Water, the Oil, and the Sand" one for cleansing, the other for comfort, and the sand for the covering of sins. Water for salvation, Oil for anointing, and Sand for redemption.  Three Women, all shunned, but all forgiven, and loved by The Lord in spite of their accusers.  Love covers a multitude of Sins...(yours and theirs) 1st Peter 4:8 ðŸ’“
